Ten Year 6 pupils attended this annual event held on Friday 4th October.  They were met on arrival at MCS by an ex-Chandlings pupil and showed to their tables. As usual there were seven rounds of questions, most of which brought looks of confusion among both parents and staff.  Both teams, however, knuckled down and showed great determination and knowledge. The 'Chandlings 2' team were leading all the way through the competition until the final quick-fire round of 20 questions when they were just pipped to the post but took home a silver medal for a very well deserved 2nd Place, our highest ranking in recent years. Pizza and some ice cream was enjoyed at the interval and it was an excellent evening and our thanks go to Magdalen College School for their hospitality.
